Stratford Hall’s Middle Years and Diploma Programme building is located at at 3000 Commercial Drive (intersection of 14th Avenue). It houses grades 6 to 12. Facilities include a library, science lab, cafeteria, seminar room, classrooms, music studio, performance arts hall, film production studios, fitness facility, and central school offices. This building is characterized by open spaces and high ceilings.

The Primary Years Programme students in kindergarten to grade 5 reside in a purpose-built elementary building at 3070 Commercial Drive. This building was completed in 2009.  It includes a learning resource centre, learning spaces, small pavilions for presentations, a full gymnasium and a rooftop play area.

In the Fall of 2013, a new purpose-built Middle Years building for grades 6 to 10 will open at 3100 Commercial Drive. This new building will provide our school with additional learning space, including a gymnasium, two academic learning floors and a rooftop outdoor space.

Upon completion of the new Middle Years building, our facility at 3000 Commercial Drive will become the permament home of our Diploma Programme students in grades 11 and 12. At this time, all of our three IB Programmes will be housed in their own unique facility, dedicated to the needs of their individual learning group.

Stratford Hall uses Vancouver city parks for physical education classes and play. Clark Park, located across from 3000 Commercial Drive, is a 10-acre space with playing fields, playgrounds and pleasant walkways. When using public parks, students are always supervised by school support staff who are highly visible.
