An investment in your child's future
Choosing the right school for your child is a significant decision, and we understand that cost is an important part of that conversation.
At Stratford Hall, we see education as a long-term investment in your child’s growth and confidence. It’s also about the experience they have each day; learning in a community where they are known, where different perspectives are part of the conversation, and where curiosity and critical thinking shape how they engage with the world.
We encourage families to connect with our Admissions team to talk through tuition, financial assistance, and what options may be available.

Financial assistance
Stratford Hall is a community where students learn from one another. Different perspectives, experiences, and ways of thinking are part of everyday classroom conversations and school life.
Financial assistance makes it possible for more families to be part of this diverse learning community. Our program provides tuition support to families who demonstrate financial need. At the same time, all families are expected to contribute to the cost of a Stratford Hall education.
Admission decisions are made independently of financial assistance. All applicants are considered using the same criteria, regardless of financial circumstances.
Financial assistance is not automatically renewed, and families are asked to apply each year.

Thinking about applying for financial assistance?
If financial assistance may be part of your decision, we encourage you to apply.
We understand that the process can feel uncertain. Our team is here to answer your questions and help you understand how it works.
How to apply for financial assistance
Financial assistance applications are completed through Apple Financial Services, an independent provider that assesses each family’s ability to contribute to tuition.
The application process:
- Complete the online application
Submit your application through Apple Financial Services and pay the $130 non-refundable application fee. - Upload required documents
You will be asked to provide supporting financial documents as part of your application. - Application review
Once submitted, your application will be reviewed. You may be contacted if additional information is needed. - Assessment and report
After all documents are received, Apple Financial Services completes its analysis within approximately 2 to 3 weeks and shares the results with Stratford Hall.
You can check the status of your application at any time through the Apple Financial Services portal.
Financial assistance applications open in October, with a deadline of November 30. Applications are confidential and reviewed in the order they are received. Applications received after this date will be reviewed and assistance given if funds allow.
While requirements may vary, families should be prepared to provide:
- Most recent Notice of Assessment or tax returns
- T4 slips or business income statements (if self-employed)
- Current pay statements
- Mortgage or housing documents
Setting up a CRA My Account in advance can help with gathering these materials.
Financial assistance and admissions decisions are processed separately.
Students must first apply and be accepted to Stratford Hall before financial assistance can be finalized.
Families will be notified of financial assistance decisions in early 2027.
