  • Brian Li Han Wong '12

Since graduating, Brian has established himself as a leader in global health, splitting his expertise between high-level policy and cutting-edge health tech innovation. Based in London, UK, Brian runs his own global health consultancy, collaborating with international organizations and advising start-ups to drive real-world change.

Brian credits the school with providing the foundation for his global trajectory:

"My time at Stratford Hall taught me much more than content mastery in any one subject—it trained me in the art of “learning how to learn,” which has been pivotal for my career in global public health."
  • Kiran Chatha '07

A member of Stratford Hall’s first graduating class, Kiran has built a global career at the intersection of medicine and innovation. After medical school and clinical practice, she transitioned into the biotechnology industry and works with companies that are fundamentally changing how medicine is practiced.

Kiran attributes her success to the IB Programme's rigorous and well-rounded approach:

"The IB program felt intense at the time, but it truly prepared me to take on the world—academically, professionally, and personally. Theory of Knowledge with Dr. McConnell taught me to think critically; outdoor education encouraged me to explore my surroundings; and my science classes instilled a passion for biology that spurred my entire career."

His professional path is a direct evolution of the interests he began to explore at Stratford Hall.

Jameel values the school’s supportive environment for helping him turn his passions into a career:
