After School Care, Clubs and Camps
Please note there will be NO K-7 JUNIOR SCHOOL CLUBS on Thursday, February 1 or Friday February 2 due to Student-Parent-Teacher Conferences.
CLUB REGISTRATION
Club registration (Kindergarten to Grade 5 non-athletic and vendor-run Grade 6-7 options) for the third cycle of clubs (February 5 - April 19) closes on Wednesday, January 17 at midnight, via your SchoolsBuddy account.
Club registration via SchoolsBuddy will be a preference-based system. This system allows you to choose several clubs you wish to register for (if relevant), in preferential order per day, i.e. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices for each day of the week (there is no maximum on how many clubs your child can register for per week). The online system will then allocate clubs on the best fit based on all family's selections after the registration closing date. This eliminates any time pressure to register for clubs as it is NOT a first come first served system. You simply need to register before the closing date, Wednesday, January 17 at midnight and the system will randomly allocate based on your selected preferences. The clubs you select will not be confirmed until you receive the CONFIRMATION OF ALLOCATION email AFTER the closing date.
**If you decide to not have your child attend the clubs they have been allocated, please email the Auxiliary Programs Coordinator, so they can be removed from the list and their spot may be filled by a waitlisted student.

AFTER SHOOL CARE REGISTRATION
After School Care Drop-in registration is now open through your SchoolsBuddy account and is available throughout the school year.
The third cycle of Pre-Registered After School Care will run from February 5 - April 19. Registration for this is now open and will close on Friday, March 1, after which you will still be able to register your child through the Drop-in ASC option.

Junior School Student-Parent-Teacher Conferences Camp

K-7 External Vendor-Led Pro-D Day Camp

Stratford Hall is excited to offer external vendor-led camps for this coming Pro-D day on Friday, February 16. Instead of running our traditional ASC Pro-D day camp, our ASC team will be taking this opportunity to attend professional development workshops to better support our school, teachers and students. This camp will give your children the unique opportunity to explore their creativity, as well as storytelling and novel study, with a variety of different activities that will ensure your children are engaged throughout the day.

Kindergarten to Grade 7
This camp is run by one of our most popular after school clubs, Learning with Liann. In this camp, your child(ren) will spend the day enjoying and building skills in everything from storytelling and crafts to performance and public speaking. Your child will walk away from this day feeling more confident speaking in front of groups, as well as transforming their imagination into creative writing. Limited spots available, so hurry and secure your child's place today!
