After School Care, Clubs and Camps

CLUB REGISTRATION

Club registration (Kindergarten to Grade 5 non-athletic and vendor-run Grade 6-7 options) for the fourth cycle (April 22- June 14) is now open and closes on Sunday, April 7 at 11:59pm, via your SchoolsBuddy account.

Club registration via SchoolsBuddy will be a preference-based system. This system allows you to choose several clubs you wish to register for (if relevant), in preferential order per day, i.e. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices for each day of the week (there is no maximum on how many clubs your child can register for per week). The online system will then allocate clubs on the best fit based on all family's selections after the registration closing date. This eliminates any time pressure to register for clubs as it is NOT a first come first served system. You simply need to register before the closing date, Sunday, April 7 at 11:59pm and the system will randomly allocate based on your selected preferences. The clubs you select will not be confirmed until you receive the CONFIRMATION OF ALLOCATION email AFTER the closing date.

**If you decide to not have your child attend the clubs they have been allocated, please email the Auxiliary Programs Coordinator, so they can be removed from the list and their spot may be filled by a waitlisted student.

AFTER SHOOL CARE REGISTRATION

After School Care Drop-in registration is now open through your SchoolsBuddy account and is available throughout the school year.

The fourth cycle of Pre-Registered After School Care will run from April 22 - June 19. Registration for this is now open and will close on Sunday, May 12, after which you will still be able to register your child through the Drop-in ASC option.

*** Please note there is no ASC on Thursday, June 20 after the closing ceremonies.***

CAMPS

Junior School Student-Led Conferences Camp
Friday, April 26

Stratford Hall is happy to be offering a camp on Friday, April 26 during the Junior School Student-Led Conferences. Registration is open now and will close on Monday, April 22, at 11:59pm. To find more details, check out the registration via your SchoolsBuddy account.

SABRES SUMMER CAMPS

Stratford Hall is happy to offer our Sabres Summer Camp program to our community and beyond. Camps will run for 6 weeks, from Tuesday, July 2 - Friday, August 9, 8:30am - 3:30pm. We are also happy to be offering our third year of Sabres Summer Academic Camp from Monday, July 29 - Friday, August 9, 8:30am - 3:30pm.

Each week will have exciting themes and will include outdoor/gym play and games, as well as organized arts, and crafts, design activities, and fabulous field trips! Camps will have a variety of different activities to ensure children are engaged, whether they attend one or multiple camp weeks throughout the summer. Sabres Summer Camps are open to all Stratford Hall students as well as students outside our school community, entering Kindergarten (in September 2024) up to students entering Grade 7 (in September 2024).

Register through your SchoolsBuddy account now until June 15! Stratford Hall will offer full credit (to each family's Schoolsbuddy account) if cancellations of camp are made no later than May 31.
