Alison Wall

Alison brings over 30 years of experience in teaching and educational leadership across the UK and Canada. A graduate of Exeter University, she began her career teaching physical education and geography before earning a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Management. Since then, she has held a range of leadership roles, including Head of School. Throughout her career, Alison has led academic programs, mentored educators, supported IB and CAIS accreditation processes, participated in BC Ministry inspection teams, and collaborated closely with admissions departments and parent communities. This breadth of experience has given her a deep understanding of what helps schools thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, hiking, playing pickleball, gardening, and reading. She lives with her husband, son, and two cats, Teddy and Lexi.
