After School Care, Clubs and Camps

Please note there will be no ASC clubs or child care provided on the December 15 half-day before the Winter Break.

CLUB REGISTRATION

Club registration (Kindergarten to Grade 5 non-athletic and vendor-run Grade 6-7 options) for the second cycle of clubs (November 21 to January 31) will close on Sunday, November 5 at midnight. Register via your SchoolsBuddy account.

Club registration via SchoolsBuddy will be a preference-based system. This system allows you to choose several clubs you wish to register for (if relevant), in preferential order per day, i.e. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices for each day of the week (there is no maximum on how many clubs your child can register for per week). The online system will then allocate clubs on the best fit based on all family's selections after the registration closing date. This eliminates any time pressure to register for clubs as it is NOT a first come first served system. You simply need to register before the closing date, Sunday, November 5 at midnight and the system will randomly allocate based on your selected preferences.

AFTER SHOOL CARE REGISTRATION

After School Care Drop-in registration is now open through your SchoolsBuddy account and is available throughout the school year.

The second cycle of Pre-Registered After School Care will run from November 21 to February 1. Registration closes on Wednesday, January 10, after which you will still be able to register your child through the Drop-in ASC option.

PRO-D DAY CAMPS

Winter Break Enchanted Forest CAMP

Tuesday, January 2nd - Friday, January 3rd

Registration is open now until December 26th at MIDNIGHT via your schoolsbuddy account.

Your kids will enjoy a fun filled week of winter activities, arts and crafts and games in our Enchanted Forest Camp. We will also be attending at least 1 field trip TBD.

Stratford Hall is pleased to offer camps during Pro-D, Parent-Teacher conference days, and mid-term breaks. Each camp will include outdoor/gym play and games (weather dependent), as well as organized arts, and craft and themed activities. Camps will include a variety of different activities to ensure children are engaged whether they attend one or multiple camp days throughout the school year.

Camps are open to all Kindergarten to Grade 7 students.
A maximum of 30 students can be registered per day.
